Built for Adults 40 and Over

This Isn't a Big-Box Gym. That's the Point.

Most gyms either give you access to equipment or lead large fitness classes where everyone performs the same workout. Alloy is different.

We provide professional coaching in a small-group personal training environment where members train together but are coached as individuals. Your training is personalized to your abilities, limitations, and goals, delivering personal training without the cost of one-on-one sessions.

Our structured programming removes the guesswork. Our coaches know every member by name. We track progress over time and focus on helping adults build strength that improves everyday life, not just performance inside the gym.

Our members don't simply join a gym. They join a coaching relationship.

What Colorado Springs Members Say

Google review

“This is exactly what I was looking for as someone in their late 30s, approaching 40s.. I love a boutique, family feel where you can tell there is top notch coaching & just a level of care that goes into every conversation with their members that you don't get in larger environments. The small group personal training model is also super fun. It gives the community feel, while still honoring individualized support as I move through the workouts. Adila is a phenomenal coach and would 10/10 recommend this studio to anyone working to get their fitness back and/or just looking to stay in shape as we move into mid-later life!”

“Logan and Adilia are great. As a 63 year old with several joint replacements weight training became difficult. I was away from the gym for 10 years. Logan shared their expertise on 40 and over people wanting to get back to weight training/cardio without the risk of injury as I experienced in the past. Logan and Adilia use many techniques slowly applied to work on building muscle mass. If your one that has been saying I wish I could get back to workouts but are afraid of injuring yourself like I was I highly recommend Alloy Personal Training. Thank you Logan and Adilia”

What is the Starting Point Session and what can I expect during it?

The Starting Point Session is a complimentary, no-pressure consultation focused on understanding your goals, lifestyle, and any physical considerations. You'll complete an InBody body composition analysis and a functional movement assessment, allowing us to provide personalized recommendations based on your needs and goals.
