Owner and Director
Logan isn't your typical gym owner. He built his career around human performance at the highest level — spending 11+ years as a Human Performance Specialist with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, where he designed training programs for elite operators. During that time, Logan built injury recovery programs that returned operators to full duty and deployment readiness — experience that shapes how he coaches every client at Alloy today. He also served as Tactical Program Manager for the NSCA, supporting strength and conditioning professionals nationwide. Logan holds an M.S. in Exercise Science along with CSCS and RSCC*D certifications — credentials earned in the field, not just the classroom. Now, as owner and coach at Alloy Personal Training Colorado Springs, Logan brings that same expertise to busy adults 40 and over — helping them build strength, improve energy, and stay active for years to come. His mission is simple: help busy adults get stronger, feel better, and live with confidence.
