Alloy Personal Training has been refining one idea since 1992: adults get stronger and more capable with a professional coach in the room, not with another gym membership that goes unused by March.
Alloy Personal Training Colorado Springs brings that system to Woodmen Road. We're a family-owned small group personal training studio built for adults who want expert coaching, real accountability, and a community that genuinely cares about their health and wellness.
Sessions are capped at six members and led start to finish by a professional coach. Before your first workout, we complete a functional movement assessment and an InBody body composition analysis, so your coach knows exactly where you're starting and can measure the progress you make.
Our studio is owned by Logan Brodine, his wife Bostyn Brodine, and Dr. Brea Burger. Logan, our training director, spent more than a decade as a Human Performance Specialist with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, designing training programs for elite operators. Today he brings that same expertise to busy adults 40 and over across Colorado Springs, alongside Head Coach Adila Gathers and a coaching team that knows every member by name.
Our members come to us from every stage of life. Some are getting back to exercise after years away; others have tried big-box gyms and classes that never stuck. What they share is the goal of training for life: strength for the decades ahead, not a six-week fix.
At Alloy, we're not just helping people exercise. We're helping them build the strength to live life on their terms.
Our Mission
Who We Serve
Our ideal members are adults 40 to 70+ who know that staying strong takes more than a gym membership. It takes a plan, and a coach who holds you to it.
Many are busy professionals, parents, military families, and retirees from across Colorado Springs. Some are returning to exercise after years away; others have tried big-box gyms or fitness classes and couldn't make them stick.
They value professional guidance, accountability, and consistency over quick fixes. Their goals: get stronger, keep up with kids and grandkids, protect their independence, and enjoy the process alongside people training for the same reasons.
