Coach-Led Small Group Personal Training in Colorado Springs

The personalization of one-on-one training with the energy, accountability, and cost advantage of a small group, at our family-owned Woodmen Road studio.

Coach leading a small group training session at Alloy Personal Training

Coached workouts capped at six members, so you get real personal attention without paying one-on-one rates. Every session is led start to finish by a professional coach who knows your name, your history, and your goals.

Our family-owned studio at 1724 E Woodmen Rd serves adults 40 and over across Colorado Springs, with sessions built around real work and family schedules.

Personal Attention, Small Group Price

Most gyms either hand you equipment or run big classes where everyone does the same workout. Alloy is different: members train together in groups of no more than six, but every workout is individualized to your fitness level, mobility, injuries, and goals, with a coach in the room providing constant instruction, exercise modifications, and motivation while building a supportive community.

“I love a boutique, family feel where you can tell there is top notch coaching & just a level of care that goes into every conversation with their members that you don't get in larger environments. The small group personal training model is also super fun. It gives the community feel, while still honoring individualized support as I move through the workouts.”

Where Every Membership Starts

Every new member begins with a Starting Point Session: a complimentary, no-pressure consultation with a functional movement assessment, an InBody body composition analysis, and an introductory workout, so your coach knows exactly where you're starting.

Training is one part of the system. Membership also includes ongoing nutritional guidance, InBody body composition analysis, personalized exercise programming, and monthly accountability sessions.

Common Questions

Will I be working out in a big group or getting personal attention?

Our sessions are limited to 6 people per coach, so you'll always get plenty of individual attention throughout the session, all while gaining motivation and support from other folks in the session!

What does a typical session look like?

Every session is about 55 minutes, coach-led from start to finish. You'll follow a program designed for your body: a guided warm-up, strength training scaled to your level, and coaching to keep you safe. No wandering around a gym floor wondering what to do next.

Do I have to be in shape already to join?

Not at all. Many of our members are new to strength training or returning after time away. We meet you where you are, providing individualized coaching and expert guidance in every session. You'll train in a supportive environment with programming tailored to your abilities, experience, and goals.

Is this like CrossFit or a bootcamp?

No. There are no competitions, no whiteboard leaderboards, and no pushing through pain. Alloy is structured strength training with a coach who knows your name and your limits, in groups small enough that nothing gets missed.
